Intelliwealth is a New Zealand-based platform built by financial advisers, for financial advisers. Their mission is to reduce administrative burdens and free up time for meaningful client conversations.

Challenge‍

Despite the rapid adoption of digital tools, financial advisers remain constrained by manual processes, inconsistent client experiences, and significant compliance overhead. Intelliwealth set out to build a platform that not only digitises the financial advice process, but also integrates AI to streamline workflows and ensure consistency, compliance, and personalisation at scale.

Our approach‍

Agentic partnered with Intelliwealth to co-design and build a suite of AI-enabled features that embed intelligence directly into the advice process. We worked closely with their team to:

• Map end-to-end advice workflows and identify high-impact intervention points for AI
  
• Design user-centric tools that simplify information capture and client communication
  
• Develop modular AI agents that support tasks such as data extraction, advice drafting, and compliance checks
  
• Ensure outputs align with FMA guidance and professional standards
