Intellicall is a New Zealand-based platform that enables businesses to deploy intelligent voice agents capable of handling real-world phone calls—answering enquiries, booking appointments, and capturing leads, all without a human on the line.

Our Approach

Agentic partnered with Intellicall to design and build a B2B SaaS platform where businesses can easily create, customise, and deploy AI voice agents. Our work included:

  • Creating a robust scheduling and booking integration layer that connects with existing calendars and CRMs

  • Engineering natural, responsive voice interactions powered by large language models and ElevenLabs voice synthesis
